In today's organizations behavioral styles takes on an important factor in the workplace. Behavioral variations differ according to different types of cultures and people blending in the workplace. In Team B, every single person examines his / her own behavioral style. The team consists of four behavioral variations; each member has a different design with the exception of Mina and Tracy both are prominence styles, Claire is interactive style, Aja is a divide between steady and active style, and Pam can be cautious style. In this newspaper each member will explain, his or her behavioral design, and the effects of his or her behavioral style on the team according to the individual DISK Platinum Evaluation report. Cautious (The Master-Minder)

As a cautious team member the traits of asking questions concerning a great assignment is true of Pam. For instance , when the crew receives a team task she would like specific details of the requirements, and asks concerns until it is clear. However , this can help the team because the team understands exactly what the trainer is asking of the assignment. Another model she is activity oriented. During the Monday class, the team will decide on that will do what pertaining to they assignment so when to have it ready for team review. About Tuesday, she'll send a great e-mail to each team member reminding everyone of the upcoming staff and person assignment credited the following week and simple guidelines throughout the week. While mailing an email-based to each member is indirect; Pam strives ensure each member is given the task of his or her portion of the team task. Her style works with the dynamics with the team members because she can show her power in corporation, and task orientation and enable other team members to lead and make up...
